Actually, there are a couple of women that were cast as background Munchkins that are still alive. They were normal sized children and were mostly used for group shots to fill in the gaps. One of them was in the giant bird’s nest that were shown to be waking up and another girl was wearing one of the flower pot hats. Only problem is that they are all in their late 80-90s now.
