With so much frustration, paranoia and uncertainty, I thought it would be interesting to see if we could get a gauge for how many people have been effected by the glitches that are being reported.

No, but I don't have an online subscription right now and thus all villagers I've gotten myself.

Because of these glitches though, I would not want to risk trading villagers right now even if I had a subscription.

I got the first one and when the update fixed it I had already been in the process of trying the fix shown on the forums so mine didn’t get fixed until the villager I moved in to fix it left

A friend of mine has the one where the villager plot just says "I've moved out", and they contacted Nintendo, and apparently it's because they had someone visit while the villager was in boxes.

That's kind of the whole point though... Oh, Nintendo. *facepalm*

Or, are you saying someone visiting but didn't adopt the villager who was in boxes? If so it would be interesting if others experienced this as well.

I just now noticed I have the same glitch and someone adopted the villager in question. I am very scared now ;;

I haven't experienced this myself, and I plan on sticking with my five villagers and not building another plot until this is all fixed for good. I don't know if Tom Nook will force me to build those plots anyway but I hope not.

No, but granted I haven't forced anyone out via amiibo yet nor have I traded for villagers (other than cookie but that was successful)

I currently have Gayle's ghost house (still has her name on her house, but says she's moved out when I knock) on my island. I'm hoping that pushing her out with Jeremiah's Amiibo will fix the problem. I'll know tomorrow morning.

I have unfortunately. What was especially odd was that Lily moved into my town and seemed completely fine for the first two days (day 1 in boxes, day 2 out and about my town like a regular villager). On the third day she'd moved out without warning and now her house is stuck in my town.

Got Flurry via a trade and she seems to be doing fine- though I'm a little wary since I'm seeing so many people say that their move-ins act normal for a few days then just disappear.

Wait. I'm not sure I'm understanding this. It happened because someone visited your friends island on the day the villager moved in or your friend visited someone who had someone in boxes?

I only ask because I had Roscoe as a random move in. I didn't invite from a mystery island, campsite, amiibo, or another persons island and on the day he was suppose to be in move in boxes I got the sign that said "I've moved out." I think its been like that for a week now.

No I haven't had any issues so far but I'm still very aware the anytime this could happen to me, everyone has to be careful until this is patched

Mine is quite minor, but a villager of mine moved into the wrong exterior house. I’m so glad it wasn’t much worse.

No, and most likely never will. As all my villagers (Except Raymond, which I thankfully obtained by the campsite as a forced move in.) will be obtained by Amiibo Card. Except if somehow Mira moves out and if I ever so choose to replace Diana with Cashmere, as I neither have both Mira and Cashmere's Amiibo Card.

i'm having that "i've moved out" bug. never bought a villager from someone, but sold the villager who was previously in that spot. very weird.

No, I haven't adopted any villager and I don't have an open plot when visiting other people so I can't have a move in. I'm trying not to invite villagers from other people, anyways.

So far I haven't experienced the glitch (knock on wood). I had 3 move-ins from other players over the last week or so. They've been fine thus far. I will keep monitoring them over the next few days, especially Marina who I just moved in earlier tonight. T_T
