Basically when you buy a 3DS/3DS XL/2DS it comes with this book and the book has a code to register online. And when you register it on Club Nintendo you get points, which you can use to get stuff like free posters, mouse pads, etc
they're all free trades

Pocky, I might have a code, I have a relatively new 3ds xl, but I don't remember if I registered it. is there some way to check if I registered it so I can give it to you? Will it affect my warranty or anything if I give it away? D: I don't really care about Nintendo gear that much.

I don't know if there is a way to check >__< Does this site seem at all familiar? https://club.nintendo.com/ if it doesn't then chances are that you haven't registered it. I don't think that it will affect your warranty, however, if you register the code you get an extension on the warranty
So if you'd like that extension it might be a good thing to keep the code for yourself
