I find Super Mario Odyssey strangely relaxing. Destroying things, collecting coins, searching for Power Moons, running around, jumping, swimming...

Not sure how long you’ve been taking it but if it’s not long, that might not be a permanent thing. I take something similar and it made me sleepy for only the first couple of months

I went from 5MG to 10MG over a year ago.
It's okay though. The sleepiness only lasts for about 30 minutes. I'm going to start taking it early in the morning to get the feeling over with.
