My favorite movie based on the Bible is The Prince of Egypt (an early Dreamworks movie that is very different to the Dreamworks we know today). And even that has some inaccuracies, despite being mostly faithful to the Bible story. It also wasn’t a big success worth remembering. Just one of the few non-Disney traditionally animated films released between Oliver & Company and The Emperor’s New Groove that actually succeeded (most of these movies failed).

Oh right! I remember Prince of Egypt. I enjoyef the music in that one. I’ve heard non-religious people say they like it. So…I think it all depends on how the story is told.
 
I just submitted my entry to unreal estate and saw it left out ball from the word that should have been volleyball; I had typed it out so Idk how it got erased. Oops 😅; I’m kinda embarrassed.
 
Just found out I have a lump of coal in my collectables I received back on New Years. What did I do wrong, lol? 😂
 
With the curse now being laid on a certain word in this thread, it makes you wonder if there are some users who actually would say the word "Mollectible" with the letter "M".

What’s the biggest disaster to hit the United States? It’s not Hurricane Helene. It’s not Hurricane Harvey. It’s not Hurricane Katrina. It’s not even the hurricane that hit Galveston. It was the American Civil War. Nothing else damaged America that badly.

I’ve also read that, adjusted for inflation, the Civil War has a much higher damage cost than the costliest of natural disasters (if you combine Katrina’s adjusted cost and Harvey’s adjusted cost, you still won’t reach the adjusted cost for the biggest fight over slavery).

It just means that you snowballed/stole presents more times that you gave people hot chocolate/returned gifts.
 
My younger cousin is autistic and has Mario Party as a lifelong fixation. He has dissected each game to its core.

I'm not a fan of how the newer games ensure everybody has a large amount of currency. I'm not better than him and I never have been. Although I can beat him because the board will never let me fall far enough behind.

The older games struck a balance between rewarding the best player at minigames and board sabotage.

We were playing Mario Party 5 a few days ago and he won. It was because I dueled him for 100 coins and lost. The game didn't feed me enough free coins to catch up. This is what would have happened in the newer games.

I understand that it does make the games more accessible to everybody. It's just a personal preference as someone who has been playing and losing to my cousin for a long time. The gap between us has closed and it's not due to anything I did.
 
Who else is rooting for Nelly on Bake-Off? She’s so funny and talented. I also like Sumiyah (the girl who made the hyper realistic duck), Dylan, and Christiaan. But I’m at the point where I don’t want anyone to go home…and I know someone has to!
 
I finished remodeling my NH island, can't wait to throw it back into the dream database before putting the game away to play something else again or just read/write more.

Stardew Valley update for the Switch is supposed to come out really soon, I believe early next month. Can't wait even though I am very aware with all that has been added and stuff. Spoilers don't usually bother me, only makes me more excited. I don't know why I'm like this. lol
 
I want to keep working on my new island journal and play my second island and P5R, but I really need to get going on my last entries. I’m trying to pace myself so I don’t make my burnout much worse than it already is.

Makes sense. They were still standing shoulder to shoulder and firing at each other with very modern weapons. And with it being a civil war, the battlefield is going to be on their home-front. The war effort deforested so much just for firewood among other resources.
 
I've been having recurring dreams where I'm going on dangerous missions and defeating bad guys, and I'm usually the leader when it comes to missions involving more people than just myself.
