Ossipri is worth 14,969,392 bells

just out of curiously, I decided to get my town appraised. I'm not restarting so no worries I was just curious about Ossipri's worth. I got to say I'm actually proud of that amount because Ossipri's that valuable because of my hard work and my hard work alone. I'm going to make it even more valuable. Determined!


Anyone else get their towns appraised just out of curiosity and if so how much is your town currently worth?

I don't because I'm paranoid and afraid that I'll somehow end up deleting my town, lol. x)
If I ever decide to restart, though, I'll look and see.

LOL I'm a risk taker. Although your old town is still there until you're in the new town and it saves after you plant your tree.

You have to have been in the same town for 50 hours I think so your tree has to be at least 3 levels (someone can correct me on this) and when you start your game, when Isabelle comes up, tell her you need help with something else, then choose 'Recreate the town' f your town is able to be sold, then she will ask you if you are taking a break or want to start in a new town. Choose start in a new town then she will yell obnoxiously for Tom Nook who will appraise your town.

But I don't recommend trying this unless you've been in the same town for at least 2 months and then try it.

So that's 66,127,723.

I dunno how some people get 999,999,999. But then again, many rooms in my town are not furnished, and I'm sure HHA rating plays a part in evaluation

I do wonder what they doappraisal because my house only has like 4 piece of Cabin furniture in it, and one Cabana table. I mean half of my town is landscaped and the other half looks like a hot mess. And I only have 250k in my ABD account

My guess is they include the store upgrades and the museum in the appraisal, which would make sense as to how my town is worth so much.

Good job earning that 14mil!! That's good you are sticking with it and all your hard work doesn't just go to waste basically. I am also a habitual resetter (in remission lol) so I know the feeling you must feel now having so much progress in your town! Keep going!
