Ordinances... Help?

So I need some help, currently I have Beatiful town ordinance on, but I'm thinking of changing.
Recently I have Been playing ACNL like mad. It's also the holidays so I'm staying up later. I'm thinking to change it to Night Town. I don't mind putting more effort in, and I'm trying to get my badges and can't pick any weeds for the weed badge (40/20 achieved). Should I change? I really feel like I should. I usually play from 12pm - 2-3am (breaks included xD). Please help me

I was going to tell you to change to Night Town while you're on holiday since you spend more time playing the game late at night and then change it back to Beautiful Town when school starts up again
