I don't do drugs of any kind but I'm for legalizing it; people do it anyway all over the place and keeping it illegal only fuels drug wars and all that loveliness

I don't really care about alcohol laws at all. Change them or don't, it hardly affects me. I have little interest in the stuff and I've only got about a year before I can legally buy it.

I've heard lots of arguments for making the drinking age lower, but none have seemed very convincing. I think our supposed problems with alcohol are cultural, the problem isn't with the stuff itself.

We saw what happened to St. Louis during prohibition, that doesn't need to happen again.

If pot's legalized, the taxes can go to building roads, schools, and buying $400 toilet seats. The counter argument is that it will ruin the lives of families with pot addicts etc... Having known a pot addict or thirteen in my life I can say that they'll find it somehow and that said family is ruined before the 'juana gets out the gate.

To which I can only say: Legalize dat shiz.
