Odd Sahara blip

So Sahara is on my Island today so I figured I'd offer to let others come by as her stuff is really popular, and I listed what I got from her as I thought people would appreciate that.

Had a couple of takers early this morning, then I went offline, because I needed to charge my switch light. I saved and then closed the game, thinking that the switch would charge faster that way.

Then later in the morning I opened up again, but when someone came over to buy from her, the mysteries had changed. Not the rugs, just the mystery flooring and wallpaper.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is this why some people don't list what Sahara is selling in their posts offering her up?

It might have something to do with turning the game off and then on, or the time of day. I found out that you should be able to get two bottles per day on the beach with 12 hours between, and that three different villagers will work on a DIY throughout the day. One early in the morning, one at noon, and one during the evening. So maybe Sahara works the same way.
