Nintendo still supports Wii?

Yesterday I read an article that said Nintendo is releasing a new game for Nintendo Wii. Yes Nintendo Wii. The game is called 'let's sing 2019'. I've abandoned my Wii lol what about you?

This is basically the game equivalent of a Kidz Bop commercial promoting their latest CD release.

It's not Nintendo that makes it, it's a third-party company. But yeah, apparently music games still sell on the original Wii. Just Dance 2019 is also on the way for Wii.

Who in their rightful mind would still go out to buy a new game for the wii? If anything, people who play on it casually would just stop playing it a few days after.
