I used to watch it when I was younger, me and my friend would print out little pictures and tape them to our desks. It was usually pictures of young Luna and Celestia. I'm not really into it anymore, I stopped watching it about a year ago, because I lost interest.
To be honest, i really hate it when people post in these types of threads to complain.
I love this show not because of the ponies, but the amazing plot and animation. Of course the ponies may make it sound girly but quite ironically it is aimed at both boys and girls. I wanted to watch this show since i always want to try and watch new shows no matter how immature and idiotic the fanbase is, although i hate Teen Titans Go and Ninja Turtles.
I understand if you hate the show because of the ponies or something like that since people have different opinions over things. However, making biased opinions over the show is quite ignorant in general. People can do whatever they want such as cosplaying or hosting a convention about it (BronyCon) but don't be judgemental about it, let people like things no matter how absurd it is.
Although i find your profanity over this topic quite irrelevant and rude to be honest.

Well, the simplest thing i do toward a Anti-brony is to ignore their negative opinions and biased thoughts toward bronies and the fanbade itself. The war against bronies will never end since there will always be a person with contradictory opinions no matter what. Sometimes if it gets really bad, i have to stick my 2 cents in and disagree their claim in hopes of turning the convo back into a civilized and intellectual form of conversation.
This show is often and sometimes always been used for stereotypical use such as stereotyping on what girls really like in general. It really agitates me on how much bias people think toward the community, although it is quite immature, it still gives them no excuse to think such thoughts since people don't even bother to look at the mature part of the fanbase.
Then again, people have opinions but shouldn't make profane and ignorant posts over a simple topic.

I do, and I love it. The majority of thr fanbase sucks big time and it deserves much of the hate it gets, but ignoring that the good side has a insane amount of very talented and nice people. Friendship is Magic is a terrific cartoon and something anyone with even the slightest interest cartoons should watch.

Although it is quite immature and it does deserve a quarter of the hate, people despise of it more than the amount it should get. I understand their opinions and support their claims over the show but being profane and using bias as an example just shows how much people despise of a stereotypical show about horses (Discord for the win) and the message of friendship. I do despise of the fanbase myself but only of the immature part, i always research a fanbase and see if there's a mature part of it, since that is the part of a fanbase that people rarely analyze before ranting about it.
But cussing, teasing, flaming, and stereotyping about it is just plain wrong. People who despise of a fanbase should despise it right by understanding that people have interests instead of making that average statement of a anti-brony like: "Ooo, U mst b GAY since u watch a dum show with pnies you *Bleep*" and should say an opinion like "I myself am a person who highly despises of this show due to multiple reasons, but i understand your views on it". Of course it does deserve hate like every other fanabase like FNaF (I left) and Steven Universe but not too much.
I love MLP! I don't associate with the fandom much, but I think the plotline is really interesting, the characters are great and overall it's just a really well-done show. It's much more than your average kiddy cartoon imo. Plus I have to say, I'm a sucker for the songs. XD
