So, these are all the descriptions he gave me that he can remember.
*Just to note, he watched it when he was a kid, so maybe one or 2 pieces of information may not be completely accurate, like an off color.
-There's a boy that wears a propeller cap
-He wears a shirt that has yellow and blue stripes
-He wears short blue jeans
-He wears red and white sneakers
-He drives a red and yellow buggy car
-It might possible be a late 90s to early 2000s show
-It might have had a short run
-I showed my brother a picture of Ness from Earthbound, and he says that he looks like him, but with a propellor hat
I've tried searching google, but no luck.
