Mushroom spawns

Okay so in my town right now it's november, and its supposed to be like 5 mushrooms spawned everyday in your town around treestumps and so, (one will also be a furniture) so you can gather some foods for the harvest festival.. but its the end of the month almost and I haven't seen one mushroom at all.. whyyy D: I have treestumps and trees so they can spawn but they don't..

I was also thinking, I already have mushrooms that I've gathered from way earlier, just thrown outside my house xd i was wondering maybe that had something to do with it? Maybe it's too much mushrooms that they can't spawn? idk

I've had the same problem last november, I had mushrooms all over my town so no new ones, but when I removed them new ones spawned. That might be your problem though I'm not 100% sure.

I think there a limit on how much mushroom it grows in your town so store and you can get more
