No one knows, it's random, which is why I used the word "randomly" in my post...
They'll probs start revealing batches of 10-15 each week up until release, though, but that's just my spec.

25 cards were revealed at E3 (a couple already seen from the Direct) and 20 were revealed on July 1st.
