• The price for adopting a villager is completely up to you, you can offer however much you deem worthy, although depending on the villager I may have a set price, ask for you to pay more, etc..
• You can pay in TBT, IGB, villagers, in game items, etc., simply offer whatever you want lol.
• Certain villagers may be more expensive than others!
• Tier 4 and 5 villagers are free (tips are appreciated tho hehe).
• You may lurk for as many villagers as you want, but try not to go over 8-10 please haha.
• Please do not run in my town :').
• Do not send payment until after you have received your villager.
• Tier 5s and unpopular tier 4s will automatically be voided unless there is a lurker, in which case the lurker will be notified. (Don't get mad at me for voiding.)
• Feel free to PM me for anything (questions, lurk requests, etc...)!
• (usually) First come first serve.
• There is no limit to how many villagers you may adopt from me.
• Once you adopt a villager from me, they're yours. You may resell them, etc.
• Reservations will cost depending on how long you reserve for.
• I may decline any offers.
