Looks like Weeds are back if you TT?

It's pretty commonly accepted that there's not many repecusion in NH if you TT forward a lot. I had previously jumped right ahead to April 2021 to see how Nintendo handled the addition of Bunny Day - which is a full year forward, and saw very, very few weeds sprouted up.

A couple days ago after getting the 1.2.0 patch, I jumped from around April 2nd 2020 to present time - so around 23 days - and my town had been littered with weeds in small patches all over the place. Imo it's pretty nice to see (I actually like the look of the weeds in NH) - have any other time travellers experience this?

I haven’t tted a year ahead at once yet but I think it kind of makes sense? Maybe the game gets a bit confused and sees 1 year as 1 Day weeds wise lol

i time travelled from april to june once and got a fair amount of weeds from it lol

I’m not surprised, in one of my old towns I had some clovers because I loved their aesthetic, and I noticed I had to replant them almost everyday because they would overgrow so quickly!
