Looking for certain house renovations!

I'm hoping to find the Mermaid mailbox, pink mermaid fence, blue chalet exterior, colorful gravel, and mermaid roof. Does anyone have any of these in their Nook's Homes? I really need to find these! I had the pink mermaid fence in mine, but my house was under construction, and I -of course- wasn't able to purchase it.
