They do not have to be shiny, but they must have a beneficial nature and have a good IV spread (5-6ivs). Lapras must have the egg move Freeze Dry ;u;

Well that's the thing, for both of them I've read about a few different natures that would be beneficial; so I'm really not sure > A<

For Lapras I'd like for it to have an egg move, freeze dry. Looks like my best bet for nature is Sassy with
EVs: 68 SDef / 204 HP / 60 Def / 4 Atk / 172 SAtk and Ability: Shell Armor. If you have an assault vest to trade with it I'd pay a bit more, too.

For heatran
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
and if you can get hp ice that would be awesome. o:
