It won't change the rules here because you can't improve anything on AC by 'hacking'.
Hacking is maxing your score and getting everything in a game instantly.
AC doesn't give enough in the first place to be improved.. so.. yeah.

This whole thing is making me really consider installing homebrew again and going out to buy Brawl.

But the problem is that majority of hackers use it to cheat on games and piracy. It'll eventually kill off the video game industry. Look at it this way:

>>Said game becomes a hit with the masses.
>>>Someone uploads an ISO or whatever you use to play burnt games into the internet.
>>>>Since Homebrew is now legal, people can run burnt games.
>>>>>The game has been deprived of potential sales due to piracy.
>>>>>>The money earned is not enough to make another game or run the studio, thus closing it down.

It probably still will delete homebrew, as piracy is still rampant.
