I want to know if I can try and get Tabby from my second town into my first but I don't know if I've cycled 16 villagers yet or not. Is there anyway to find out if I have yet?...
Is There Any Way To Tell When You Have Cycled 16 Villagers?

i'd love to get a full proof way too, but it's said that if you see the lost villager on main street that means the villager is still in the game's memory but it also means you've cycled through at least 8 (or so i've heard) and when they stop appearing completely (wait 1-2weeks to be sure they don't appear again) the game has erased the villager from its memory and you can get the villager again
