I have Ribbot living in my town now. After he gives me his pic I plan in moving him to my 2nd town. He doesn't fit in with my jungle themed town so I want to put in in my high-tech laboratory deep in a forest theme.

There's no such thing as a "rare" villager in the traditional sense. Like others have posted, the chance of getting any villager is 1/333.

But, on this forum and across the internet, he is somewhat rare to find in people's towns because he's not Tier 1 or anything. Villagers like Kid Cat and Bam are above him in terms of Jock popularity, but he's up there.

No they are not... there are is no such thing as a rare villager... finding any villager is 1/333 but on this fourm he is tier 5 (i think) so yeah he is kinda rare...
