There is a chance that she'll change her mind about moving if you talk to her, so it's best to ignore her until she's in boxes.

Damn, that kind of sucks. I feel bad for suddenly ignoring her until she's in boxes, lol. I might just save the game right before I talk to her and if she mentions the move again and says that she stays I close the game without saving.

That's a good idea. I hate not talking to my villagers so I usually just risk it, but your way sounds much better.
