On a mad dash trying to complete their town before animal crossing switch comes out?
I've been redecorating my houses and moving things around for the past fews weeks and I think I am finally done and ready to put new leaf down. I can't wait for the new game!

I wouldn't consider it a mad dash as I am not holding myself to any deadline. If I don't finish it by the time AC Switch comes out, it's fine. I'll still work on it til it's done. But it has definitely motivated me to keep working on it ^_^ My excitement for Switch AC has made me cling to my New Leaf town like glue hahaha.

nah, I much prefer portable console games. I'll still get AC:Switch, but I'll never put new leaf down!

No, I'm not worried about rushing things before the game comes out. If anything, it really won't change the times I'll play.

It’s motivated me to pick new leaf back up and try to get further in my town. I know I won’t play much once the new one comes out, but one day I’ll pick it back up and want to see a decent town if that makes sense.

I have been wanting to finish my towns before the Switch comes out. While I don't anticipate putting down NL once the Switch version comes out, who knows if I will. I've been workin on Moriyo for years so I want to finish it sometime soon. So far in Moriyo I've been tweaking the mayors house and trying to finish up the last 4. I still need alot of animals to move out thou before I can finish the dreamies thou.

Well, I don't plan on dropping New Leaf since I don't have a Switch and I'm not planning on getting one either. In fact, I'm planning to start a second New Leaf town pretty soon. But after the Animal Crossing Switch announcement, I did hurry up a bit to finish the landscaping in my main town so it could be ready for a dream address. I wanted to be able to advertise my town's dream before everyone else left for the Switch.

i’m kinda dreading for the new game to come out, only because i don’t have a switch of my own. my brother has one but i doubt he’d let me use it. i’m worries a lot of people are going to leave new leaf and i’m just going to be stuck here with no switch still playing new leaf. i’m not in any hurry though, just taking my sweet time lol.

I would need more info about the new game. The last one was watered down Mario Party, I'm not convinced this one wont be something like a typing tutor.

Nope. I'm not sure how my schedule is gonna be after having AC for switch, but I know no chance that I just put down my beloved towns. This game - everyday life in NL has no ending.

Yeah, that's been my plan, too. I've nearly got everything I need for my houses, but now that I'm almost done, I'm starting to have doubts about my landscaping... :/
I also want to finish my badge collection before it comes out, but we'll see how that goes, especially since the StreetPass badge is one of the last ones I need.

It's already been announced AC Switch going to be a mainline game, not a spin-off like the last few games were.
