Also yeah I think people are too focused on the children thing, depending on the genes/DNA they might or might not get something and that should probably be taken into consideration (unless they are fine adopting or not having children at all).
Also society frowns upon many thing, so I wouldn't say it's the worst that way unless you're some high-aspiring person that cares about everyone and everything else.
As for legal status.. well if they want to live together go ahead and if they want children they should be informed.. there's that.

I dunno, the vast, vast majority of incest cases are nonconsensual. Brothers and sisters falling in star-crossed love is much rarer than uncles sexually abusing their brother's kids.
I don't think it's healthy to want an incestuous relationship. It's not morally wrong, but I think therapy would be preferable to societal acceptance.

I don't really care, i mean it's quite strange and it's hard to accept. But as long as both parties enjoy it then do what you like... everyone has their own preferences. I think deciding to have children with your relatives is a bit far fetched though. I've heard disturbing stories of inbred families in rural areas of my country, but these cases have been the cause of non-consensual sex leading to pregnancy and dis-formed children ect.
Yes, Incest Is Bad For Families Incest is something we, as a society, should discourage. Not because of any genetic reason and not because of any religious reason, but because incest is harmful to the family unit. The family is where children learn to love and trust. Injecting this atmosphere with sex and sexuality is harmful. Even if we limit our example to consenting adults, allowing it at all may still let sexuality flow into the family unit. We don't want fathers "waiting" for their children to grow up or sisters waiting around to seduce their brothers once they come of age. It's just harmful all around.
This is just like the topic for pedpphila and how there isn't not wrong or right for a adult to have romantic feelings for a child.

It doesn't matter if both parties enjoy it, that doesn't justify that it's *** up and gross. And most people who consider that to be ok is mentally *** up. People need to stop trying to hubyah and correct people. That's like saying pedophilla is ok " oh if it's love then that's ok lolololol" no it's gross, thinking your family is sexy in a sexual manner is gross and no matter how hard people try to gain victory it's gross

You do know we all have incest in the family right? It's called history. What do you think they did back in the day? What do you think happened before it became illegal? Someone's had to try it for that to happen. Royals though, they believed in "keeping the blood pure" by marrying siblings and such. If you prefer a certain gender, that's a sexuality and you can't help or change it. But when it's a specific person (ie your sister), you go nonononono and stay away and find someone else instead. You can't choose who you're attracted to, but you're in control of whether you act on it.
