I use my letters as extra inventory and keep my tools in them so I always have my net on me (I thought everyone did this lol) but anyway you could either sneak up in it (so it never sees you or chases you) and get it that way or get it the way you get the bees, by having it chase you and then you run, pivot, and then catch it real quick! I like to stalk up on them!

I get it. I have tried all month to get a tarantula. FINALLY, just now, I saw one, that didn't see me first and caught him. That fuzzy so and so is going right to the museum. I did take the advice of someone on here and cut down most of my trees tonight. I don't know if that worked or not. Now I need to replant.

Some tips I have found helpful ... Have your net armed ... Walk slowly and when you see the scorpion, immediately go into stealth mode, tiptoeing only two steps at a time with little pauses ... This should put you safely into reach, even if he is behind a tree or shrub ... The scorpion will kind of freeze and then you can swing that net down, and BLAMMO!! ... You got it!!

I was prepared next time for both by keeping a net on me, I caught both with no problem.

Here's what i did, as soon as I see one, I got a safe distance away and readied my net and crept up on it, once I thought I was close enough I released a and bam, caught it.
