I need help moving out genji

I think Homebrew is the only way to hack villagers.

I'm trying to do the same thing with Rocket and Jitters. Jitters ALMOST moved out and then he changed his FREAKING MIND!!!! I was so angry! I'm trying to give him away to someone but I think they have to be moving out in order for that to happen. I hate my ACNL life.

There's no way to change his catchphrase unless it is a catchphrase generated by a player. I wish my precious Genji still said otaku, though. I have both Genji and Poppy in my town, and I know a few people on here have Poppy as an amiibo.

Can someone here inform me on how to time travel successfully and returning to today without anything bad happening? I just want Jitters and Rocket OUT! I have the Beautiful Town Ordinance so that won't affect any of my flowers which is good for TT.
