Hyrulean treasure

Does it bother any other Zelda fans that the "Hyrulean treasure" chest, which is essentially a boss key chest, contains a green rupee and not a boss key? I have never known that chest to ever contain a rupee, much less the green one, which is only worth 1 rupee. It seems like a really stupid and random decision to put a single rupee inside, instead of what is actually meant to be in there. :/ Am I alone in thinking this?

I hadn't thought of that, but now that you mention it, yes, yes it does bother me. However, I've recently discovered that the rupee is customizable, so it's worth checking to see if the chest is, too

I never played any LOZ games tbh but I was kind of sad when I got it for my treasure room and all it has is a rupee... guess I'm leaving it closed...

I was pissed off too. Like, there's this big ass boss chest....... but it's 1 rupee. At least make it a red or a silver one.

I know! Of all the rupees.. It has to be green. As if Link would beat a temple just for one rupee. Ugh

I hadn't thought about it either but yes now that you say it it does bother me. A key would have been more logical.

I've encountered chests with one Rupee in a few Zelda games, but to see a single Rupee in a boss key chest was really odd.

Exactly. That's why I have a problem with it The chests with rupees are the wooden ones. This should have a boss key in it.

It's so underwhelming to see one rupee in a boss key chest. Mind you, I was pretty underwhelmed by the Zelda items in the game in general. The only one I like is the Gossip Stone, that tells you hidden things in the game (not well-hidden things, though, but they tried).

I'm actually quite satisfied with the Zelda items myself! What else would you have liked to see?
