Looks to me like you can transfer Tetra and the king over to the WiiU-version.

I don't know I'll pick this up, considering I'm way more interested in other upcoming Warriors games, but glad to see it coming to 3DS because I'm not about to buy a Wii U and would like to add it in my 'games I could play when there's an occasional drought on my other platforms' mental list. Adding Tetra's pretty thoughtful though.

So excited! I REALLY wanted this game when it came out. I haven't bought the Wii U yet since there isn't that many games out yet that I want for it. Probably will get it just for Zelda U. So I definitely will be picking this up when it comes out on 3DS! It's a bonus that they added characters from Wind Waker! ^.^

Yes! I spotted that as well when I first saw the trailer!

I found Hyrule Warriors fun on the Wii U, so I am excited to see a new Hyrule Warriors game.
