How would you change future (and alleged) returning NPC characters?

Some of the things I like about NH, is the twist and depth on how their NPC characters feel. How would you add more depth to future returning characters?

I feel Katrina is a "safe" bet on a possible returning NPC. I'd love for her to come back with her tent but do things differently. Maybe she'll only read you cards if you bring her a special 'luck' object/item (like a clover); maybe she'll hand you DIY for tarot items if she thinks you'll have good luck. I know a lot of people would hate this, but I'd find it hilarious if say, Katrina thinks you'll have bad luck, and all your buried fossils turn to pitfalls the next day or all your balloons are just clay.

What would you add for future NPCs or their alleged builds (like Copper and Booker and their police station; Brewster and The Roost; Katrina and her tent, etc).
 
i’d love brewster to have special coffee shop/cafe diys/items with him. and it seems that if he does return, he’ll have something to do with gyroids so it’ll be nice to see if it’ll be like older games where he simply stores them for you or if he’ll have more involvement with them this time aha
