how often do you change your clothes?

Uuuuh IRL i change almost 3x a day but I'm the complete opposite ingame lol. I can't help but feel like my outfit is apart of my identity in game. I also wanna be remembered if I visit someone again. idk maybe it's just me. haha

It depends. Sometimes every day, multiple times I day. I may go a few days without changing clothes and not notice it.

The Nook Miles + task is a good reminder for me to change up my outfit, for sure.

I found a "base" look that I really like so I stick to that and then just swap my wand outfits and use those all the time.

I was definitely part of the crowd who never changed their outfits back in the previous games but I think the combo of modern/more familiar clothing available in this game has definitely made sure I change at least every couple of days. It feels far less like a chore of picking from the few acceptable outfits I liked in previous games, since there's both more colour options and more variety of styles with coats/fake layers/etc.

Had a funny moment recently where I was exchanging flower waters with the same person for the third day in a row and whilst they changed outfits every day I hadn't. Felt weirdly embarrassing like irl lmao, I had to go change.

it's pretty sporadic for me, it's normally due to me buying something at able's that i either really like or I accidentally wear, then i end up changing my outfit. recently i've been wearing a star themed outfit with the space parka and my recently acquired star pochette and i've been totally rocking it.

It's so easy and fun to change so...Everyday! <3 But it's kind of rare that I venture outside of my typical fashion (I like kimonos & other traditional clothes), but if my villagers give me clothes I end up looking like a fashion disaster. I should log my daily villager-given fashions, my precious island children don't know how to coordinate an outfit at all...

("Your outfit would go great with this neon green bicycle helmet!" they say. I am wearing a Pink Fancy Kimono. Thank you child...)

Longest I can go without changing is like 3 days. I can't stand being in the same look for too long. And I want to try out other things. Haha sometimes I find the wand to be annyoign cause I want more slots. So many custom clothes or ables outfits I want to try out.

If I like an outfit I can wear it for a while but I usually change at least once a a day just for the Nook Miles dailies.

Once a day, minimum. I get all of my favorite QR outfits from New Leaf on top of all of the amazing new designs people have made for New Horizons PLUS all of the actual clothing items. I can't imagine going a whole week without an outfit change.

I try to every day! There’s just so many choices it’s very easy to. I have a rain outfit (rain hat, coat, and boots) that I wear everytime it rains on my island lol

This thread just made me face a terrible fact; I'm filthy in this game. I've been wearing the same outfit for at least a week now. Have I even washed these clothes? No, can't say I have...

Do my villagers notice? Perhaps I can tell them I have a whole closet full of the exact same outfit if they ask me anything...

Almost every day. I change my outfit less often now than I did at first. I had wanted to change every single day, but then I got lazy lol.

I change outfits once a day however I often put my pajamas on before I go to bed or I put my rain outfit on if it starts to rain

Maybe every few days? I change them depending on how I'm feeling. Some days will be a casual cardigan/skirt or a dress if I'm feeling fancy while others will be full comfy with an oversize hoodie and long socks.

There's sooo many clothing options so I try to mix and match often. :) I'm not good with clothing in real life so it's a fun way to experiment without feeling bad about myself.

I change pretty often, because I find a lot of clothes I like! Some time several times a day, just to make sure I actually use most of what I buy (I feel like I have the same mentality irl, clothes I don't use gets donated so someone who need them better than i do, except i don't change several times a day). i do have some favourite sets though, which I keep coming back to

Everyday, with so many cute clothes (in game and custom) it's hard not to.
