How long did it take you to get a perfect town?

I was just walking around my town today, trying to find Lobo, when i saw it - a jacob's ladder right next to my path! I ran to Isabelle and she said I had a perfect town and could remodel the town hall and put in a flower clock. c:

It took me about a month to get a perfect town, and i wasn't even trying! How long did it take you?

Ehh, I've had "The town is a mess!" everyday until a week ago

The moment I cleaned up my items (it took about an hour :/), she told me I had a perfect town

I was like Whaaaaaaat lol

I would have never known xD

It will take around one-three months depending on how lazy I am and how many flowers I can find on tours.

I got a perfect town a week ago. I wasn't even trying so I was so surprised to find a jacob ladder. I was VERY happy. lol.

guess it took about 2 months, but like I said, I wasn't trying to get a perfect town

From the time I actually started? About two days.
I emptied out my museum display of fruits, saplings and shrubs (had quite a bit stocked piled for after I lay down paths).

I got perfect town the other day. I wasn't trying, either (because I still hate my PWPs), but I just checked on the campsite and there was a Jacob's Ladder near it I've been playing since the game came out.
I really wasn't expecting it because I think I only had eight PWPs and I've been getting the "so-so" status for a while.

I liked the guide, I'm surprised you said that the acre system is gone! :O since people are still saying that NL still has that system. But you explanation makes more sense actually. Since I didn't have enough trees in some spaces but did get perfect town.

your comment on PWP that it should be at least over 10 is not correct. I believe I had 8 PWP when I got perfect status.
Also I didn't have 75 flowers....at all...maybe 50? I do have a lot of trees. So maybe they balanced each other out

It mainly depends on which PWPs that you build. Some are worth more points, so ten or more is a safe number for those who build a lot of the ones worth less points, such as the custom design signs (I think I have six or seven of those right now). Most people get it when they have between 10-15. It is rare to get it at eight, so I am intrigued. Which PWPs do you have?

I have more now, so I'm not sure which was before and after perfect town though...
