How do you pronounce the letter "H"?

I've heard two different ways of it being pronounced, which are "aitch" and "haitch".

Haitch sounds kinda weird to me since I'm used to saying aitch.

What about you guys? How do you pronounce it?

aitch/eitch(depending on your reference, a/e is pronounced different in swedish so it kinda follows with that).

never heard of adding an extra h tbh.
