How do you make DIYs (how to play new horizons?)

It's been a week without time travelling and it feels great

Just one thing.
All my DIYs are wood furniture and bamboo.

Does this mean I need to craft small furniture until I get "wohoo I learned a new project" or I need to buy,get those DIY cards?

I'm not really a critical thinker.

It's like, how do I craft cool things from the beginning and how many times should I craft it?.

You get them from villagers and bottles that wash up on your beach! Different villagers make different recipes so if you have a variety of personalities you should get them all

You get DIYs from the messages in a bottle on the beach (i think just one per day on your island or randomly on deserted islands) or from balloons. Also villagers will be making something sometimes in their house and will give you recipes.

You can get DIYs from several places.

You can get seasonal DIYs sometimes from Balloons. You pop them using a Slingshot and you get a random item or recipe.

Once per day, you will find a bottle on your beach with a DIY.

Several times per day, you will find one of your villagers working in their house at a Workbench. If you talk to them, they will give you a recipe.

You can buy certain specific DIYs from Nook's Cranny and by exchanging Nook Miles at Nookstop.

Speak to Celeste. You can do this once per day, but you may need to find her in another town, because she is rare.

You learn trash DIYs by fishing up the different kinds of trash.

During Holidays, do whatever Holiday activities are currently happening. Depending on the event, you may get furniture or DIYs.

Hmm interesting. So far I have 45k nook miles. (Earned in a week,no time travel,started playing on the 6th of may)

Is the nook mile atm DIYs seasonal? Will they change every day? Like the godzilla.

The DIY from the ATM unlock once Residential Services upgrades.

The Fence DIYs change daily, while the rest are always there until you buy them.

Just keep doing whatever Tom Nook tells you to do and you should be fine.
