Ok, so I have come across a huge problem with one of my towns. After spending a lot of time wondering how I'm going to fix it, I came up with a brilliant plan (I hope). In fact, the plan feels so perfect that I feel I may be missing an important detail that will prevent it from working.

I currently have 3 towns. My main town Starview, which is perfect, my cycling town which doesn't matter...and then there's my second real town, Faebelle.

In Faebelle I had a very specific plan and theme. The town was going to be divided into different themed sections. A gingerbread forrest with Tia, Merengue, and Zucker...an orchard with Tangy and Apple...an Egyptian section with Ankha and Lucky. And then there is the magical forrest section with Julian, Drago, and Phoebe.

I put my mayor in this magical section as well, and she's going to be a princess themed character. I put her house in a magical looking spot right next to the waterfall. Out of all my dreamies, Julian, Drago, Phoebe, and Apple are already moved in.

The problem is...the campground got put right next to my mayor's house! Totally ruining the mystical feeling of that area.

The town is still almost brand new though, and all I've done is move in 4 dreamies that I got from my cycle town and plot resetted them into their places. I didn't even have to make room for them, I moved them into the empty spots you have when you first start a town.

So here is what I'm thinking, and where I need your input. I'm thinking I can restart my CYCLE town, as my new Faebelle, then turn the old Faebelle into my cycle town. I was thinking I could use random amiibo cards to boot my dreamies from the messed up town, then adopt them into the recreated Faebelle.

So how does that sound? It should work, right? I'm afraid I'm not thinking it through correctly or that I'm missing an important detail. I'm pretty sure that I've read that villagers kicked out with an amiibo card will immediately go into boxes, and that they can be adopted that day. But confirmation would be nice before I attempt this.

Thanks for reading and for your help!

I think you could make the campground work still! Perhaps it could be the entrance from the "real world" into the fantasy part. I don't know if you have paths in your town, but if you do, maybe you could have a dirt path surrounded by some flowers leading into the paths you have set up in the fantasy part. You could have it set up to where that part of your town would have a vibe of wandering off into the forest and finding a mythical land.

Going back to your original plan here- I'm fairly certain that your villagers do go into boxes. I've only kicked out villagers I absolutely could not stand, so I didn't actually visit them, but Isabelle did say that they were moving out. She gave the whole "you should visit them before they leave!" speech that she gives for a "natural" move, so I think everything should be good to go there. Hopefully someone else who actually visited their villagers as they were leaving can confirm this, too!

Best of luck with your towns!

I think I could "make it work" if I had to, but I don't think I'll ever be truly happy with where it is. Since the town is pretty new, I think I'd rather just start over. Especially if I can hold my dreamies in that town for safekeeping and restart my junk town.
