Have you ever been to Disney world or Disney Land or Disney anything else? (Is there other Disney things beyond Disney world and Disney Land?)

What were some cool things you did or saw?
Would you like to go back sometime or was the trip(s) you had enough?

For those who haven't been, would you like to go? What would you like to see or experience?
And who would you like to take with you?

Other thoughts?

No, and I will leave it at that. I don't want to support a greedy corporation that completely sucked the soul of a franchise that I used to love. The soulless franchise had its "day" yesterday and is now an overmarketed lifestyle brand.

I have only been to Disney World because of where I live and it's been decades now. It was fun, but it got a little overwhelming from being around so many people (to the point that I got cranky and walked around with tired eyes, at least that's what my mom said). It's also how I found out that I'm introverted.
Have no plans to go back there anytime soon.

No and now that I am older, I don't really want to go anymore. It's expensive, I don't like being in crowds, and I don't like Disney as a corporation. Also, the park closest to me is in a state I absolutely don't want to go to right now.
I'm sure I would have loved going when I was a child, but I never got to have that experience.

I’ve been to Disney World a few times as a kid. It was so much fun. I got lots of plushies there as a kid and the maids would always rearrange the plushies really cute. I’d definitely go again if Disney weren’t supporting a genocide. Also it would depend on if my dad was going since he is unbearable to be around even a day and he doesn’t treat his anxiety, which doesn’t help mine.

I've been to Disneyland Paris. That was 10 years ago.

It was a fairly last minute plan - my best friend's partner left her and her holidays to Turkey and Dubai were cancelled as a result. So I suggested we go to Paris for a week to take her mind off of it. We spent three (non-consecutive) days at Disney, great fun! That and the Palace of Versailles were the highlights of the trip.

I loved the commitment to the themes in every aspect of the park. My favourite ride was Pirates of the Caribbean.

I'd love to go to Tokyo DisneySea. I can't say any other parks appeal to me right now though.

I went to disneyland when I was like 8 years old and I don't remember much. I still got all my eeyore merchandise though. I probably wouldn't go back cause there is way too many people and the lines & prices are insane.

Uhh, I didn't know about that. I'll have to Google that. (I don't want to de-rail the thread). I don't follow Disney stuff. I'll watch one of their movies if it shows up on streaming and looks interesting but thats pretty much as far as I go with Disney.

I haven't been to Disney Land/World. As a kid I didn't mind the idea of going but it wasn't something I really wanted to do, which worked out as there was no way my parents could afford that. As an adult I wouldn't want to go simply because I don't have interest.

No, but I’d like to go someday! I at least want to see some of the face characters (like Gaston and the Evil Queen), visit Epcot, and the Haunted Mansion.

yess!!! I love Disneyland so much. I used to go every summer before I started high school. I really like going to both parks because of all the pixar and marvel rides in California Adventure. I’d love to go again I just haven’t had time and it’s so expensive to buy a ticket (‘:

I’d say some of my favorite memories are when I was a kid and would take pictures with all the characters. I might go this year for my birthday though!

I've never been to a Disney amusement park and have no interest in doing so unless some circumstance arises that makes it happen, like a friend wanting to go there and inviting me along or something.

While there are some Disney movies I'm fond of, I've never been particularly attached to the brand itself and, now in adulthood, I'm wary of big business and corporations. As such, there's little appeal for me over any other amusement parks; in fact, if we're talking about big movie parks, I'd be more interested in Universal since they have Halloween Horror Nights and some of the stuff they've put on in the past has looked sorta neat from what I've seen.

If the opportunity did arise that someone(s) invited or brought me along for a visit, I'd do my best to engage with it and enjoy myself. I mean, if you're already there, why not, eh? But yeah, going to a Disney park for its own sake isn't of personal interest to me whatsoever.

I’ve been to Disney World twice so far, and I’m going again this year. I go to Disney World each year with my mom and friend, who is much more into Disney than I am.

I enjoy going to the parks and spending time at the resorts. I like meeting the characters and appreciate that I can do it as an adult.

This is something I look forward to each and every year.

I've been to Disneyland Paris ! I went when I was a kid - I wasn't particularly interested in Disney and I found it kinda average especially compared to other theme parks in Europe , at that age I was mainly just interested in scary rollercoasters

I'm going to Japan this year and I'm trying to work out if I can factor in Disney there tho, I feel like id appreciate it a lot more !

I lived in Orlando fl a good chunk of my life so I’ve been to Disney world many times. I also worked at the Animal Kingdom park for a short while when I was a teenager lol.

It was fun but the novelty wore off eventually, has also gotten hella overpriced so these days I don’t think I would spend that much money just to stand in lines for hours on end unless it was a family trip or smth.
I would like to visit Disney overseas one day tho, preferably Japan

I went to Disneyland with my family when I was a kid, but I don’t remember much from that trip. I’ve always loved amusement parks though, so I’m sure I had a great time. More recently, my boyfriend and I went to Disneyland in March 2023 with his siblings, who are big Disney fans and wanted us to join them. We took advantage of the 3-day California resident deal and had an amazing time. I really enjoyed going but with how expensive it is now, I don’t think it’s worth the money.

Been to Disney lots of times. It's alright. I'm neutral on whether or not I'd go again. I went just because, since I've never watched a Disney movie all the way through so I don't know the vast majority of the characters etc.

The comments saying they don't want to go to Disney because it's a corporation are silly. Of course they're a corporation, everything is! It's not like Nintendo or any other companies are doing it out of the kindness of their heart lol. Just say you don't like the characters 😂

I went to Disneyland with my then-little kid cousin 13 years ago, and I used to love going on rides and getting merchandise in the stores. Now I have no desire to go anymoreーit's expensive, there are crowds, and I have a love-hate relationship with the Disney company.

No, it was never in my family’s budget growing up and it is not in my budget now as an 30 year old adult. I also don’t have any interest in it regardless

You posted this as I was in Disneyland! I got to go as a part of my school's band program, and we actually got to perform in the California Adventure park! We were in California for 6 days and in the parks for three of those days. My favourite ride there was either Indiana Jones or Tiana's Bayou Adventure. Indiana Jones was a favourite for my entire group, we went on around 3-4 times, and we definitely would've gone on the Cars ride more if the lines weren't always so long.

Being Canadian and the current American government's biggest fear I probably won't go again for a while, if ever, so I enjoyed every moment! Rest in peace to my camera roll lol
