Has anyone received their pre-order bonuses yet?

In the UK there was a deal on the Nintendo store that if you Pre-ordered the game you'd get a set of pins for free, however I received the game but not the pins. A few days later I'd receive emails by Nintendo apologizing for the delays, but now I don't receive any more emails and it's been a month. I'm not bothered by the situation I just wonder when I'd receive them.



Have any of you guys experienced the same situation with your pre-order bonuses?

That's odd.. I pretty much received mine on the Friday the game launched and I live in the UK too. :< I've got nothing to put the pins on though mind you, so they're just sitting in a drawer until I can figure out what to put them on.

Quick edit: I did have a bit of a delay with my digital download code though, whereas my friend got theirs almost instantly, but that was the only delay I had.

I received my bonus a few days before the game itself even came out but I'm in the US. A month is too long. I would definitely contact them and find out what's up so they don't leave you hanging forever.

Yeah, I'm in the exact same boat here... might end up emailing them, although I think there's a chance the production's been held up by the coronavirus situation.

I'm still waiting on my bonus too, I wrote support on the 21st March and have heard nothing except for my message being forwarded.

So, I emailed Nintendo yesterday about the pins and got the following message:

Dear (McRibbie)

Thanks for getting in contact with Nintendo.

I do apologise for this, please be advised that the badges are to be sent in May due to delays in the warehouse, we expect an email to be sent confirming this.

I apologise for any inconvenience caused in this.

If you require any further information or assistance, please feel free to contact a member of our support team via your account.

So, they've been massively delayed until May (which they did have something on the store about back when it was still a pre-order, but is now not up there)

I’m just upset I had to cancel my order cos I had to cancel my card and I couldn’t pre order again cos the game was out of stock I got it £5 cheaper but no pre order bonus but my whole family loves animal crossing even bought the animal crossing switch and none of them have there pre order bonus yet this is the same as Pokemon pre order bonuses it took like 3 months to arrive
