Most girls I have seen in-game from this forum are wearing this thing. Why? Is my question. It's ugly imo

I wear it because when people see my short hair and flannel top they often assume Im a guy. I would wear a flower but... Nah. I don't use it anymore since I lost it err I mean, since I decided that telling people Im a girl isnt that bad.

I actually think they look really nice! I've never worn the wigs in game though since I like my character to look more like me in real life.

I wear it because I think it's cute. I don't care for the natural hairstyles you can have and the wig is cute and the best looking out of all of them.

because it's super cute and so universal! The only relatively universal wig (imo) would be the braided one. The princess one is just too busy, that ponytail thing????, and then the Geisha (I think, I'm so sorry if I'm wrong) obviously has a particular theme that it's meant for. The hair bow wig can tone your cutesy character up and tone your edgy character down. :]

A lot of people find it cute! As well, I find that the majority of the pink/kawaii/pastel towns have mayors with the hairbow wig. It's just a pattern I've noticed over the course of a year or so.

Hmm I've only ever worn it in other peoples dream towns, I don't think it suits me at all. To me it seems a bit weird, it's a bow made out of hair? While I can't pull that cute look off myself, it looks fab on other Mayors that I've seen in-game

I don't know. I tried it for a while as part of a Beatrice cosplay for my character (Umineko When They Cry), but it didn't actually work for it and it just looked bad. It's not appealing to me on its own, either. I like the tiara wig much better, even if all the wigs look way too heavy for your character's head.

i just wear it bc all the hairstyles in the game are even uglier. heck, they look terrible imo. im done with hair bow wigs though, i started wearing mii masks instead and the hair looks so much better when i use it. of course, it limits my option of wearing hats or glasses..but im fine with it.
