Eggs. It's one of the things I can cook that's quick and can be done in more then one way. Same with potatoes. I'm still learning to cook so hopefully this will change.
rice cakes... i eat them all the time. switched from ones with flavour to just lightly salted ones a few months ago to get down the amount of calories lmao.
i also eat a lot of yoghurt. if i feel like eating something sweet i'll just eat vanilla yoghurt and the cravings will disappear
Rice crackers, corn crackers, apple sauce (occasionally combined with other fruit purée), most of the oft-eaten fruits and vegetables (such as apples and carrots), and broth.
I only eat things like biscuits and chocolate for dessert, and I only eat crisps at parties and with Christmas, as those were the things that I used to eat frequently until I discovered that I started becoming overweight almost 9 months ago.
I also love eating jalapenos, whenever it's an option I put it on. Coffee and Tea are kinda obvious ones, I also like fruit and peppermint teas.
I guess I don't have it "a lot" but if I was less health conscious I'd probably be drinking a lot more bubble teas. (also I live in the countryside and bubble tea is more of a town/city thing)
(I like pizza but I wouldn't say I eat it "a lot". I also really love lasagna and thai food)
