Festivale, start early!!

Festivale is on March 3rd, which is a Monday. I changed my time so I can do it right now because, as I thought, getting the entire Pav? set will require a lot of time. Perhaps even more than during the Halloween event. So start early.

The event starts at 6:00AM. The entire town will be filled with confetti through which occasionally a feather swirls, similar to the snow crystals during winter but this time you won't hear any sound when you are near one. That's why finding these feathers is a pain and you'll often mistake a butterfly for one. In total there are 7 coloured feathers + 1 rainbow coloured feather.

Pav? will be dancing at the Plaza. He will tell you 1 of the 7 colours, after which you need to deliver 3 feathers of that colour to receive a furniture piece. Or you deliver 1 rainbow feather to also receive a furniture piece. Rainbow colours can always be given. I can't confirm but Pav? might be giving double furniture pieces.

Your town's residents will, when you are carrying a feather, offer to trade it for another colour. Or they will ask you to play a game. If you win you'll get their feather, if you lose you'll lose a feather.

Logging out or switching characters will change the colour that Pav? is asking for. If you almost have a full set consider quitting without saving if he doesn't give you the right item. Save some rainbow feathers for this because you can always give them. Remember to save before talking to him though.

Tip: Look in between trees. Feathers can swirl there too.

It took me 3 hours to obtain 11/13 of the Pav? series. I then got frustrated and turned the time back, hopefully I can get the last 2 items within a short amount of time tomorrow.

Another tip, check to make sure how your luck is for the day! If you are having bad luck in items, Pave will be more likely to give you a lot of repeats!
But yes Pave is male because it's males of his species of bird that have all the flamboyant feathers and colors and stuff!

He is indeed giving repeats. I currently have 7 out of the 13 items, not including the couple of repeats I've been given. Right now I'm taking a break because getting those 7 items took about an hour and a half.

You can wear the feathers (I recommend keeping a rainbow feather for yourself, those things are ?ber rare) & they're actually quite common, you just have to run around town a lot.

Snowflakes made a sound when you were near, feathers are soundless and hard to spot due to the other confetti. I had to take several breaks to give my eyes rest. You'll often mistake a butterfly for a feather too.

The best way to spot feathers is moving south to north.

It's real hard seeing the feathers at night. For true non-believers of TT at least change up your hours for the day. Then go back to real time.

Uhg, sounds like a big pain. I don't even want the set to use it in my house, I just want it for cataloging and maybe to sell later.
