Its festivale in Rocky! I want people to celebrate with me! Come relax and enjoy yourself, get some pave items, shop, etc!

I'm not sure if there's going to be a waiting list but if there is I'll start putting people into groups ^_^

- please please watch out for the flowers ^_^ my town has a bunch so it's easy to run over a few
- HAVE FUN! This is a celebration because spring is here! Relax and let loose!
- COME IN A FESTIVALE OUTFIT! I can't be the only one getting into the spirit! ​
