Fellow Tumblr users help me?

I just started a Tumblr blog to help promote and brand my 2 Animal Crossing Towns and many designs , but I'm stuck with finding the right theme.

See, aloy of acnl tumblr pages have stuff like "my town" or "qr codes" in their side bars that take you to another page, How is this done? Can anyone help me out with this??

i'm not sure what level of HTML coding these themes use, but they look pretty easy.
here's one, and here's another (go about 4-5 themes down and you'll see a tpc one), and here's one last one. these themes come with built in slots for you to put things like that in. if you need any more help just ask!

Just click on "here's this one" and so on, the links are under them.

I am not sure how much savvy you're in terms of using html, but what I did for my theme was adding some links manually in the coding where the sidebar was (It really depends on the theme you're using and requires being a bit familiar with coding.) So, for example, adding <a href= 'http://linkhere">linkname</a> where you desire.
