Fastest way to move out villagers (No TT)

I do not TT in this town, I do everything legitimately. I want to move my villagers out. I do love them all but I want my dreamies. So I want to have some new guys. And how do I get the old out fast without TT?

There's no fast way to get them out without time travelling. Some people use the method of ignoring or being mean to their villagers and other aggressively befriend them, but there isn't really one method that is guaranteed to work. For example, the villagers who ping me more are the ones I'm friends with but not that much. It's random for villagers to ping, so all you can do is be patient and wait for them to move out. If the villagers you don't want to keep are in the majority, then it's more likely that you'll be pinged by a villager you don't want to keep.
