NSFW doesn't bother me, but that's probably because I'm a degenerate. I'm not really into the animals being sexy-fied though.

I've never seen the word "Gijinkas" before in my entire life. Brb google.

I once tried to look up a picture of Raymond for reference and I gotta say I... felt rather uncomfy with what I was seeing on page 1 and I'm pretty sure I have safe search on?? I need to check though

nsfw animal crossing art is kinda gross to me since it’s a game with literal animals. if you wanna make nsfw art of your islander that’s fine, but the villagers should never be sexualized or be involved in anything nsfw

nsfw doesn't bother me at all, the characters are all anthropomorphized. to each their own, it doesn't hurt anyone.

I was a little against it, because "no dont lewd the wholesome cute animals" but a friend opened my eyes saying that it's fine because they are able to consent and are all adults, so now I am like, yeah alright, I don't want to see it tho
(but ngl it's kind of a double standart for me because I do like the gijinkas and I am not bothered by the nfsw with gijinkas so there's that)

Personally I'm not offended by it whatsoever. I have no interest in seeing lewd fanart, but I agree that the only problem is it being accessible by minors. I hope safe filters work for cartoon nudity.

tbh i... don't really care? if people wanna sexualize their villagers, then go for it, it's their life. i feel like it's pretty easy to avoid seeing that type of content unless you're actively seeking it out, so i personally don't think the problem is so rampant that it's spilling over into mainstream animal crossing content. i haven't seen any nsfw animal crossing art since i've started new horizons (and i lurk this forum all the time, plus my instagram feed is filled with new horizons). this is just my personal experience though

I don't mind. It's not something I actively am interested in or enjoy, but to each their own. As far as I know the villagers aren't intended to be children. But obviously these kinds of things also shouldn't be shared with children playing the game, either.

gijinka has always been an interesting concept to me, people come up with really cute and cool designs.
as long as nsfw depicts consenting adults i dont let it bother me (aging up doesnt count thats just gross lol)

I'm not interested in NSFW villager art or gijinkas, NSFW art in particular is pretty weird to me cause the animals are so dinky and unsexualised. The only gijinka I've ever really liked are Pokémon ones cause they seem more creative

However I'm not gonna bite somebody's head off for enjoying those things. I just don't like them.
