This is my first time doing an auction or posting any thread at all, so I'm not quite too familiar with it yet? But I need to get someone out of my town quick so I will be auctioning off Erik so place your bids and highest will get him. He is moving out on the 15th of April which I will tt to when getting him out. Please make sure you have room to pick him up.

Starting bid : 1 mil
Min increase : 500 k
Buyout: 13 mil

I am hoping to end this auction no later than 4:00 pm EST April 6 but it's not completely fixed yet. Definitely some time in the afternoon
