villagers almost never ping me right when I load because they usually don't even get to my entrance without following me

ACNL is my first Animal Crossing title - I remember Resetti's rants in SSB (vaguely!) and the information on the trophy, but wanted to see for myself.

Whenever a smug villager asks me if they're 'cool or clueless', my internal monologue tells them that if they're asking me, it's a lot more than clueless.

EDIT: When I originally built my house, it was isolated. I didn't know the 'plot reset' trick, so it's been surrounded on a regular basis ever since.
