Does someone know how to erase your save file in SS?

it's been awhile since I played it so I want to erase. But I don't know how to because the instructions are in Japanese. :c

Try the same solution as Diamond, Pearl and Platinum. Hold up on the D-pad while simultaneously pressing Select and B when you're at the Logo screen (with Lugia swimming.)
