I surprisingly don't have any cats on my island. The bunnies take up a lot of space for diversity lol.

I have Tangy, Raymond, and Ankha on my island and soon I'll be adding Kiki too!
I love the characters but Kiki is the only one who really fits my island's aesthetic haha~

No cats on my island at the moment. I like the cats well enough, just don't have the space since I have so many favorites. Lolly, Tangy, Felicity, and Merry would be welcome.

I really wanted Raymond before he was popular because I think he's based on David Bowie and Grumpy cat, and reminds me of the concierge in John Wick, making him perfect for my John Wick island, Parabellum.

I let myself be put off by the hype.
Now I'm thinking of letting Shep go, who refuses to stop wearing the suit of lights and who is nothing like the Shep from NL, but I don't want to trade for a Raymond, and I'm not doing the island hopping.

It could literally take years, decades to show up at the campsite, as I've only had three visitors since the first forced smug in april.

I'm at the stage where I'm trying to limit how many cats I have on my island because I want some villager variety haha. Right now, I have Bob and Kabuki.

I almost got Kiki, but by the time I remembered she was in my campsite it was a new day so she was gone

I definitely want to get Mitzi and Purrl. So... I'll probably have 3 cats in my final line-up. Kabuki, Mitzi and Purrl. I'm trying not to keep Bob haha

Bob, Raymond, Olivia, Punchy, and Purrl all live on my island. Kabuki recently moved out. There are more cats that I really want to have, but I also don't want one species taking up most of my island, so I might have to make some really difficult cuts after a couple more villager moves take place. Nothing causes me more villager related stress than the overabundance of excellent cat villagers and the lack of adequate space to let them all move in.

If I were forced to choose only one though, Purrl is your winner.

Honestly I love cats irl, but I'm not sure I'm ever gonna keep one on Espera. Just none of them really stand out to me as "I NEED." I'm thinking about Robin for my snooty, Roscoe for a cranky if not my only cranky, and then if I decide to replace Bill, maaaybe I'll do like a second lazy idk. Bob is probably closest of the cats to being a potential resident, and he's still not quite front-of-the-line.

edit: ok other than maybe Mitzi and Kiki who I have experience with and love, but I already have two normals I'm pretty set on keeping for the long run.

I don't have any cats rn but I'd maybe consider Kiki in the slot I'm using to rotate villagers in for variety until I settle on one bc I've always been sort of intrigued by her. I also really like Rudy, he's cute and if we had extra slots I'd definitely move him in.
