yes!!! i love lifting. :D

try to go to the gym, but they switched to their summer hours and i tend to sleep in very late
 
No hahaha I don't really see the point. I prefer doing more fun sporty activities. I do kickboxing, pilates and yoga. Each once a week.
 
No I don't lift weights. I don't particularly want big muscles in my arms, but I run.

No but seriously, yes, but only to facilitate my tennis; that is my priority, not getting outrageously muscular, so anything I do in the gym is geared solely towards that.

I can lift 320 on my legs, my upper body isn't as strong but I can do about 30 on both.
 
I use body weight fitness, which doesn't use free weights. It uses your own body weight and sometimes minor/limited equipment such as a pull up bars and ab wheels. I was doing a simple version of it for a while, but about a year ago Jas0n showed me that it's an actual thing. It's good because you don't need a gym.
