No but seriously, yes, but only to facilitate my tennis; that is my priority, not getting outrageously muscular, so anything I do in the gym is geared solely towards that.
I use body weight fitness, which doesn't use free weights. It uses your own body weight and sometimes minor/limited equipment such as a pull up bars and ab wheels. I was doing a simple version of it for a while, but about a year ago Jas0n showed me that it's an actual thing. It's good because you don't need a gym.
