Do you carry NL where ever you go?

I bring it everywhere with me.

It's funny seeing the looks I get since I'm a short, 20 year old, immensely pregnant woman whipping out a pikachu 3ds lol

Don't take this the wrong way but this sounds like it looks so cute (⊙△⊙✿)

OT: After learning about streetpass and whatnot, I've begun to. Though I will admit I also feel awkward pulling out my DS in public. But after reading some of the replies here, I don't think I'm going to give a care anymore lol.

My Pikachu 3DS XL is too big for me to carry with me everywhere, but I carry it around in my backpack when I go to school. When I got somewhere else, I usually leave it in the car and get all of those parking lot StreetPasses. :D

I carry mine around if I'm travelling near a city centre since the likelihood of picking up streetpasses increases.

I mostly only bring my 3DS if I'm going to the mall or any crowded places since there's a bigger chance of getting streetpasses.

I take it everywhere! You never know when you will get streetpass (or when something is so unbelievably boring that you will have nothing else to do)!

Yea! I'm not the only mid twenty-something on here :3

I take my 3DS everywhere for street pass. But I do take it with me to work so I can play on break and on lunch. It seems to help keep my mood elevated through the day. People think its weird because they can see/hear me playing when I'm in my car. XD
I keep bugging my coworkers about getting a ds and playing together - one has! And one got the acnl 3dsxl bundle - but most wanna wait till October for Pokemon.

Nopee i don't
If i go out with friends, theres no point, and if im just going out walking or something, i wouldnt see the point either :p
if im going to another relatives house, maybe

Plus ive left school now so cant take it there, and doubt ill bring it to college lol

Only when I go into town or to school, since my friend has a 3DS too and free periods are boring.

I'm a 46 year old guy with a Pikachu 3DS XL. I take it with me everywhere--work, the gym, the supermarket, the movies, friends’ houses, parents’ house…everywhere. It's noticeable in my front pocket, but it could easily be an oversized smartphone. Nobody has ever asked me if that’s a Pikachu in my pocket or if I’m just happy to see them (or anything else). At the apartment complex where I live with my partner (soon to be husband), there’s a pool and I’ll even take it to the pool. If I sit under an umbrella I can see the screen well enough to check turnip prices or get fossils assessed (or whatever). I mainly have my game with me everywhere for street-passes, but given that I literally have the 3DS with me everywhere, I get remarkably few.

Can I be as cool as you when I get to be 46? :B I think that's awesome.

I think you start to reach an age when what other people think of you doesn't really matter much. I also think that the internet really demonstrates that no matter what you're into--even if other people may think it's not appropriate or won't understand--there are others within your peer group who are into the same thing. Another thing I’ve noticed is that most people don’t care what you do. The gym I go to is right next door to where I work. I’ll go there during my lunch hour. I’ll spend my time either on the stationary bike or one of the other cardio machines with my Pikachu 3DS XL playing Animal Crossing and nobody pays me the slightest attention—nobody cares. You can bet when Pok?mon X & Y come out in October, I’ll be sweating in the gym trying to earn my in-game gym badges.

I'm almost 40 and mine goes everywhere with me. I've gotten street passes in places I would not have imagined. Since I play NL for hours on end, I would sit down and play that if I was sitting.
